Withdraw Funds

First you need to make sure your funds are moved from your portfolio(s) to your wallet, then follow these steps:

1. Open the PipPal app and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your Wallet.
3. Tap on the Withdraw button.
4. Ensure that you have added your USDT wallet address (TRC-Token) on the Tron Network.
5. Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
6. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the withdrawal to be processed. Withdrawals are processed on weekends if there are open trades.

Important Note: It is crucial to ensure that you provide the correct USDT address on the Tron Network for withdrawal. Once a transaction is initiated, we cannot reverse it or refund any losses resulting from providing an incorrect address.
